Sniper Best of Class wings:
+15 to Dex, +10 to all other stats, increase Double Strafing damage by 5%/10% and decrease Ranged Damage taken by 5%/10%/15%. |

I agree that each individual class' BoC wings should have its own buffs according to said class. This may take a bit longer to implement since we'd have to code several different wings as opposed to only one.
I also am of the mind that we should hold a BoC tournament every six months or so. The lineup would be the classes facing off against one another and whomever makes it to the final round would face the BoC of that class. But that's a different matter entirely. _________________

Doing another wing suggestion cuz I'm bored as hell. So basically these new wings are distinguised by several factors: the Universal, the First Class, and the Second Class buff. ALL classes have the "Universal" buff, all swordsman have the same "First Class", mages have the same "First Class", etc., and the Second Class buff is (usually) unique to that class.
LK:
U = +15 All Stats
FC = Physical Attack +10%
SC = Hit +25, HP +5%
Crusader:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Physical Attack +10%
SC = HP +10%, Heal +5%, Matk +5%
HW:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Cast Delay -10%, Cast Time -50%
SC = Matk +10%, All Elemental Resistances +10%
Prof:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Cast Delay -10%, Cast Time -50%
SC = Nullify Gemstone Requirement, Movement Speed +10%, Reflect Single Target Magic Damage (Success Chance +10%)
SinX:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Allows use of Double Attack level 1 (This addition allows all weapons to be affected by Double Attack Level 10)
SC = Physical Attack +5%, Movement Speed +25%
Stalker:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Allows use of Double Attack level 1 (This addition allows all weapons to be affected by Double Attack Level 10)
SC = Matk +5%, Physical Attack +5%, Flee +30, Cast Delay -5% (They have so many buffs because they can have several different builds. Matk is for magic builds, PhysAtk is for Bow/Dagger/etc. builds, Flee is for Flee builds, and Cast Delay is [mainly] for strip builds. Most of these don't coincide with each other.)
Sniper:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Ranged Damage -20%

Clown:

Champ:

FC = Heal and Sanc +10%
SC = Cast Delay -10%, Physical Attack +5%, SP Consuption -10%
Whitesmith:
U = +15 Stats
FC = HP +5%, All Elemental Resistances +10%
SC = Cart Term +20%, Allow use of Tomahawk Throwing, Allow use of level 3 Cloaking OR Movement Speed +25%
Creator:
U = +15 Stats
FC = HP +5%, All Elemental Resistances +10%
SC = Cast Delay -20%, Additional Int +10, Slim/Potion Pitch +5%
Soul Linker:
U = +15 Stats
FC = Physical Attack +5%, SP +10%
