Ask gravity type question., and theres no way you can adopt someone to make them your sister, ITS EITHER WIFE OR CHILD. get the parents to adopt a girl to make them your sister >>

A brother is not someone you're born with.
A brother is someone you've grown to know over time and experience.
And if you truly have someone you will call your brother, then you don't need a title for it.
If you decide that you absolutely need a title for that person, may I suggest "Boyfriend?"
