ok luzz said to re log a few times and if you still get the message you might need to install the small patch. which is here. its not big so.try that out.

Please follow this thread for full re-installation instructions:

Chances are, one of the following happened:
- you originally installed from the Small Installer without having the proper grf file
- the latest patches were not installed properly
- you installed Reign Online into a folder with other existing files, or you installed other files into your Reign Online folder, and these files are causing conflicts.

If the Full Installer takes too long for you to download, you can try to install the Small Installer first. If that does not resolve your issue, please do a complete re-install of the Full Installer.

Luzz, Everytime i try log on through Reign , I get a Trojan Virus Crying or Very sad , But I managed to get past that. By using Reignclient, Then I got a Message In a Language i cant read Crying or Very sad . So I tried re downloading it , and Same thing happened. What must I do ? Crying or Very sad

i share this problem with 3 hats of the reward girls of prontera .
i still crash . The only way is for us ,as luzz said, is to fully reinstal reign .

To clarify for those who have this issue:

You are running with an old version of the sdata.grf file. The Small Installer does not contain this file. The Full Installer has all needed files to play Reign Online without any issues.

The AVG issue is fixed with the latest AVG updates.
