I agree with penguiy, if you want to remove giggling boxes you might as well not allow donates, and pots, and allow only equips from the mall.

Some of you may remember this was what I have been saying for a long time.
Everyone wants to be the best. Unfortunately, nobody can have it.
I agree with many aspects of both sides arguments:
1- it does require effort to attain
2- but everyone can attain it and use it
3- 9% is probably too high
4- it makes healing possible again in WoE
5- it makes potions useless
Yes, many of these things contradict each other, but I do agree with them.
However, the votes don't sway one way or the other. To restrict giggling boxes from WoE would only make the opposite side unhappy.
At the same time, we are hesitant about introducing an item use delay. We believe this is a slippery slope to go down on. If we were to introduce a use delay, then there might be arguments to re-allow all other restrictions from WoE. Then there are the issues of what proper delays are. It can lead to a big mess.
We will not go down this route.
For the time being, since the votes are split, we will do nothing. If the votes sway more towards one side in the future, we will come back and re-visit this issue.

since i start this topic, i would like to make a conclusion for this topic.. 
(please forgive my broken english ......>"<)
before i make the conclusion i would like to share something...
the reason i start this topic is i just want to know how many people has the same feeling with me(hate people using giggling box in woe...)and i so surprise that a lot people care about this topic and have very good feedback from everyone! (42 people vote  )
Conclusion:
the number of people vote for "yes" =21
the number of people vote for "no" =21
the result looks like just equal or should say it is equal, like luzz said:
"the votes don't sway one way or the other. "
but, i got my reason to let there be 4 choices to vote,
1st
"yes, i hate people using it > "
-for the people that hate other people using it.....
2nd
"yes (just think that it should be ban)"
-for the people that don't care about the result(giggling box should be ban or not...).
-for people that didn't facing someone spaming giggling box in woe(or they don't know they are using...) and think that it should be ban
-for the people that not hate but just think that it should be ban.
-for the people that think giggling box is just similar to yggdrasil seed and berry and should be ban in woe...
3rd

So, for me the 2nd and 4th option is disqualified, we just need to look at 1st and 3rd which is :15 vs 1
so it isn't like what luzz has said: "the votes don't sway one way or the other. " =p
anyway~ i believe that luzz already make his decision, and respect what he has decided.

You cannot suddenly say that two out of the four poll options are irrelevant and draw conclusions from that. If you want set-in-stone answers to this, you need to make a poll asking "Should Giggling Boxes be banned from WoE?" and then include ONLY "Yes" or "No". Only two.
The results of this poll, in this thread are a Tie.
