A story from rainkid:
rainkid was monitoring a server, as he always does. One evening, as he was monitoring all the going-ons of the server, he saw a suspicious log in. Some one had just logged in as the admin account!! OMG! Perhaps it was a successful hack! Calmly, he quickly takes down all servers (kicking all the players out in the process) to minimize damage. Feeling he had everything under control and ready to analyze what happened, rainkid then realized....
He had logged in as the admin to reload an NPC, and totally forgot he was doing it (as he was doing it).
He does go brain-dead from time to time.
(Not really a funny story, but a true story.)
