ok ok , breath deep , chill out is a game ur caps make me feel like ms magoo , so still yet u keep sayin we dont know how to read rms mob times , ok ok , then u go tht side i shall go this side .
Aniway ur caps make me think you are low tempered , meh talk ur self all u want pull, ur hairs off , kick the wall and trow the tv out the window. maya p spawn 15 m for me and i gona belieeevee tht , also as i believe u can kills any mvp with lvls 90-99 .

Yeah this thread is going no where. Its quite obvious what the end result of all this is going to be. I am done with this thread too.

I know i stepped out of this. But i thought of some other reason why this idea would fail.
Assuming the 'better' mvps are implemented, so many players will find a way to abuse the system. Even at 30 min respawn, if you set to one ip per half hour spawn, or one account per half hour spawn, it will get abused.
I will abuse it. I have access to 6 different fully geared donated accounts over 7 ip addresses. Thats 6 mvps i will be able to kill every time i spawn them. 15mins, 30 mins, even 2 hours. Thats 6 thanatos or tao or whatever i will kill everytime. Whatever it is, abuse will happen.
I assume i am not the only one with this much access through accounts and ip. As the lottery system and voting system can be abused this way (i think, never actually did it myself) _________________ Characters-

To answers all the questions and arguments raised here, l will explain our reasoning for the existence of the MVP room:
Why do we have a MVP room?
1- It's fun; Players enjoy it.
2- Good zeny opportunities.
3- Alternative leveling for higher levels.
and (very important!),
4- The cards attainable from the MVP rooms are not too damaging. For example, Turtle General cards are the essentially the same as hydra cards for PvP, and size modifier cards against mobs. A TG card is a convenience from having to swap cards often. A pharaoh card simply allows you to be more efficient with SP. An orc hero card? Reflect builds are not very useful. A Lord of Death card? Since we allow high stats, the statuses are not as effective as they could (should?) be. The point is that the cards in the MVP arena are not very damaging to the balance of the classes. The good outweighs the bad.
This is why the MVP room exist. This is why, after everyone agreed that Maya cards are too damaging, we made the Mayas in the MVP room cardless (and later replaced with Lady Tanee, owner of another not-very-useful card).
Now, after all that has been said:
No, cards like Thanatos, Kiel, Gloom, etc - will ALWAYS be difficult to attain. They are powerful cards. We will not make these cards easy to obtain. We do not want them to be easily attainable. There are also players who do the grunt work to do the quests necessary to fight certain MVPs. The efforts of these players shouldn't be ignored.
I feel at this time it is also important to bring into light one of the goals of the server:
Reign Online's goal is to be easy for some, and difficult for others. Most players will find it isn't too difficult, or too easy. Of course, some will say it is too difficult, or too hard to make zeny, etc. Others will say - leveling is easy, zeny is easy. Reign Online's goal is also to reward the hard working and dedicated. Again, most players will fall somewhere in the middle, being a bit lazy, but also doing what needs to be done. Some, as expected, will want everything handed to them, while others work for everything they have (we have many players who get all their Donation Girl items from raising BILLIONS of zeny).
Reign Online's goal is not to be easy for everyone, nor have no clear distinction between the achievements of the hard working, and the lazy. High-rate servers do this. We are not one of them.
In real life, I work hard 90 hours a week. As a matter of fact, every free moment I have, I dedicate to work (yes, this is by choice, and yes, I enjoy it). As a result of my dedication to my work, I get to enjoy a certain lifestyle. Someone who does not work as hard as me might not be able to enjoy the same lifestyle. That is how the world is, and that is how it should be. Online imitates life. Very well, oftentimes.
I hope this clarifies why things are the way they are.
(Oh, regarding spawn times - the majority of players do not understand how spawn times work. It takes REAL patience to camp most MVPs, as their spawn time variance isn't small. Blame RateMyServer for not explaining how spawn times work, and thus, misinforming millions of players indirectly.)
