Ok so.... I always did wonder... you know when you have to log in to get into the game? Username and all that. Well, if you click request, what does it do? Is it something relating to trouble? -cocks head to side- I want to verify what it is. D:

I'd also like to add a question: What the hell does that "Register" button do, when you're on the Character Select page?
I've been here since the dawn of time, and I still have no idea.

They weren't always there, when RO first began. Back before classes like Rogue and Monk existed.

they were never really implemented, i could always figure out a quick graphical patch to remove those buttons, but meh, removing it completely would require luzz to patch the client after such a modification is made. and no, i won't tell you how to edit your game files, as i don't grasp korean very well

The 'Request' button is to register for an account. We just never got around to translating it correctly to 'Register' instead of 'Request'.
The 'Charge' button in the character selection page (if memory serves me right), gave account billing information on official servers.
I think.
