Well it's been a while so I guess I should check in. Glad to see y'all are still kickin' around for the most part. It's surreal to think about the past, considering where I am and what I am doing now. Feels like I was pretty insignificant as I read through these. I guess I was only around for a short time.

1. What was your favorite Rain/Reign moment/memories?

First, would have to be my first month on the server. I came in to pass some time. Got picked up by Twin Serpents. Got my ass kicked by SoS. Acquired a few rares. Built a functional SinX. And started to become one of the one's to beat. It was amazing.

Second, Reignfest. The time, money, and energy I devoted to the event made it all worth it when everyone had a great time. I was able to do 2 of them, I believe, and I wish I could have carried on the tradition. Maybe I can find something like this to do in the real world..

2. Who was your biggest rival?

Adam. That guy. Whooped my ass with non-rare cards, and ingenius builds. He's probably got 3 kills on me to every 1 kills I have on him, and I got incredibly aggravated being beat so badly. I guess I didn't really have another steady rival. I ended up being friends with everyone and it seemed like we just trained together, instead of rivalled each other.

3. What was the most annoying thing to you?

Luzz disappearing without a trace to leave his server to rot. Bad form, Luzz. No matter what you had going on you had people who spent a lot of time dedicating pieces of their lives to something you built. Donating vast amounts of money to keep it going. And you deserted them without a word. Bad form.

4. What was your favorite guild?

Favorite is a strong word. I ran Revelations for a while, and was generally successful with it, although I am certainly not cut out to be a Guild Leader, so that did not last very long. Twin Serpents will always hold a place in my heart for taking a chance on a newbie, and whipping me into WOE shape quickly. SOS was the guild I left with, and man the family there was so tight. Genesis was a consistent rival, and I think me and Lu Bu got along pretty well. KoF was the up-and-comers and they ended up proving honorable and fun overall.. I mean...yeah generally no favorites. We all contributed to a great society.

5. Your favorite thing to do on the server.

Toss-up between WOE, PVP, and just general BSing with all the folks. I was usually more about the conversation and the personalities than I was about the battles, but when WoE was kickin', it was intense. It was frustrating. It was heart-pounding. It was adrenaline-inducing. And it was skillful. It was honorable. Respectable among the people. We laughed. We argued. We PVPed it out. And in the end we respected each other. And then we talked. And we shared memories. We shared ideas. We shared an equal space and time, from thousands of miles apart, from different cultures and different generations. We shared this. And it was good. And it was thought-provoking. We were each others counselors, mentors, heroes, villians, and teachers. We were each others brothers, sisters, employees, bosses, and friends. In some cases we were each others lovers, haters and indifferencers. This thing we had. It's irreplaceable. It shaped your lives and mine. It is part of why you are the person you are today. Hell, my favorite thing to do on the Server? To live.

6. Any other things to say?

It's been said. I miss you guys. I truly hope life is going well for all of you.

I can't believe I actually thought about this sever enough to actually come to the website. Of course I forgot all my old login info.

So hello to all of you who are still active. I'm Ryan though some of you may remember me by my characters. My Sinx Legato who won and held best of class for quite awhile. My champion Knives or Stiffler my Stalker. I had more but don't recall the names. I was one of the original small group of Rainro towards its beginning so I fondly remember Krylon (Lee) and Miki(Robin). I was the first person on the server to amass three Kiel cards so I was pretty known in PvP for that. No one else came close for quite awhile.

People I remember off the top of my head are Kyo, Risa, Tear, Zebruh, Ellie, Natasha and her sister who's name I can't recall, Trent, Makoto, Forte, that loud LK that everyone hated, and many others I'm not thinking of at the moment. It was great fun and I still look back on it all fondly. Anyone who still lurks the boards remember me?

I wouldn't say luzz left the server to rot, many just up and left and if no one's on for luzz or any gm to check on, it's pretty much stagnated. a hardware failure doesn't exactly help. i've been extremely busy...

... yeah. (how many arenas can you say you've rattled?)
