I've been getting errors pertaining to new vote-token hats.
I know this, because I got the same errors that I'd get in prontera, while I was looking through the vote-token store.
I uninstalled, re-installed, and even retried with the small client.
Any suggestions?

kick it, it works on the tv
(seriously, it does for mine. as for your problem, i've gotten it a few times as well. can't trace it. I've gotten it going TO the character select screen, or hell, even the LOGIN screen.)

If you are getting errors viewing some of the sprites from Rewards Girl, that means your sdata.grf is out of date (it could also mean your update.grf is out of date, if you have one).
The Full Installer has everything needed, and the sdata.grf file included with that installer has those sprites (and everything else).
I would do a complete re-install:

Perhaps other RO clients are interfering with your installation of Reign Online.
