Also, keep in mind that the 1/1 Novice in this slot could never be used for anything other than Novice related Events and must remain at Level 1/1. |
If my novice can't be level 2 then this idea is deplorable!

Well, according to the votes, 2/3rds of the sever would be able to participate. I'll have to see if this is a good enough ratio for Luzz as he does not wish to exclude people.
