Hello Im new in this things of Forums, but i like the idea of people helping other to play with more information and experience. In this post i try to Ask...Why can't i hit ZEALOTUS?! i don't want her quest to the mask "i want her Down!" 
I'm seeking for her Card and the Tights with Slot of her drops, if someone can tell how to killher i will be really grateful

I've seen you around. So I know that you know how to play. It might be your weapon's property when you go to attack her. Try changing the weapon property.

She's Neutral property 3 meaning everything hits her for 100% except Ghost property so unless he's using a ghost property weapon this may not be his problem.
As for another issue maybe your HIT is too low?

You are talking to an NPC. The NPC is for creating Zherlthsh Mask, not a monster. To kill Zealtous, you will have to find the monster.  |

Just read this. As Andi said, there's an NPC to talk to that looks JUST like the others for the mask quest. You cannot kill this one.
