Your ISP is blocking ICMP packets. This is not good.
Either that or your router is majorly messed up/misconfigured. If you can, try to reset your router to default settings and reconfigure it. If you get the same traceroute log, then chances are, it is your ISP.
If it is your ISP, I would recommend choosing another if that option is available to you.

You must be on dial-up, or some really bad broadband connection. I feel sorry for you =(.
Probably ANY other service would be better than what you have now. Do you have any other options?

Unfortunately, your ISP blocks ICMP packets. No program you use will be able to show you traceroute data.
To give you an idea, though - it took about 240milliseconds from the server to hit your 3rd hop [175.144.89.173].
For Malaysia, this is about normal.
