And that is your choice to not donate. However, just because you choose to not donate does not mean we need to make in game substitutes for donation items.
If you're not going to donate then sometimes you have to go without the special items available to those who do donate. The donation items are there as a reward/perk for giving the server some of your hard earned money. Your money helps keep the server going, it's not going into our pockets.
If we do give you elemental wings in game, next we'll be asked to make quests for the special valk helmets because people don't want to donate and so on and so forth.
Donation items are not necessary in order to play Reign Online, it can be done without any donation items. Yes they make things much easier but they are not necessary.

I know for sure i would never get those wings again unless i just wanted the look, or wanted an element that wasnt in the quest.
Not bringing the idea down, but having only one is one thing, but having all of them is a bit different. |

The main time consumption here would be designing the wings themselves because I, personally, would not like simply having recolored Gazeti/other wings. Since I would like wings that fit the element they have. Like phoenix wings for the fire element and so on.
As for recoloring existing wings/creating new wings, while it sounds simple enough, the program used to do that is unfortunately very unstable and crashes very frequently. So it is still a bit time consuming.
While we do not want to force you to donate, there are donation wings that grant you elemental powers. Each of the butterfly wings has an elemental property associated with it. |
Agreed. But if we have too many cool-looking non-donate wings, that'll be trouble. <3 |

It's a suggestion. PLUS, She doesn't want to donate because she can't. She's not the only one with the problem. And frankly, you don't NEED to make it. A person just likes to share their opinion. OTHER THAN THIS- I believe 10+ year olds can't DONATE because their parents won't let them AND/OR they don't have a credit card. You're saying a suggestion isn't accepted because they have donate items, that many people can't have? Even with card hunting, etc. It is IMPOSSIBLE to gain zeny as fast as lighting. Special valk helmets, I don't think so. There's Angelic Halo for Holy, and so forth. Get it? The first paragraph seemed a little ehh, with all respect. Some people don't even earn enough money-- even for internet ( I used stolen internet a few times.. a lot of people might have too..) or to feed themselves.

1. Regardless of her reasons for why she can/can't or does/doesn't wish to donate, that still doesn't change the fact that donation items are rewards for those who DO donate. We can't tell her parents to let her donate. Sometimes life is unfair that way.

If a player is young and can't get their parents permission/is unable to donate due to lack of a card, there are other methods of obtaining gold coins. The players specific problems with donating isn't our problem.
8. Your final point about people not having money to feed themselves is a little over-dramatic. Plus, they should be using their money for food not online gaming. Honestly, it isn't our problem.
9. The money definitely goes right back into the server. Take this up with Luzz if you do not believe me.

Now for the relevant part, my opinion:
I would like to express that I will not be quoting either during this.
I think this idea is good to an extent. However, I stand by the statement that this would not be good for donation wings. We cannot have a donation girl and a non donation girl. I would like to enforce though that I do believe we should have more quest items for the non donation players, I just dislike the idea of having similar donation to quest items. However since people do like certain elements, we can possibly add vote items that contain converter packs. Such as 50 points gets you 50-100 fire converters, and wind and water and so on.
That is all. =)

That probably wouldn't be considered abuse. The staff has actually flat-out stated they don't mind if people change their IP so they can keep voting (it helps the server either way).

Luzz has accepted this suggestion and so it shall be implemented as soon as he can. Though, he will only be adding Fire, Wind, and Earth versions of Gazeti. Thank you all for your input!
