There is a FOSS (Free Open-Source Software) equivalent of Adobe Photoshop that Reiji and I utilize. It is called GIMP, which stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It does the same exact things Photoshop does, and is absolutely free to use, edit, and tinker with.
Give it a Google search. You'll love it.
