If GTB doesn't own you, Maya probably will.
If Maya doesn't own you, Cast Delay will.
If Cast Delay doesn't own you, Thana/Ice Pick/Investigate will.
If Thana doesn't own you, 1 (ONLY 1) will own you.
I mean seriously. Why would you run AWAY from a super novice? Run TOWARDS them and BB/Sac/JT/ANYTHING the shit out of them. Their health sucks, their defenses suck, if you can't kill one then either they are gods (no) or you just suck (no offense).
And look at Super Novices without this kind of buff. They're pretty much unplayable in PvP. The most their good for is killing MAYBE long range users, and even THEN, there's always something to counter them. Adding Body Relocate would just make them like a magical champ that's 10x squishier.
Now, about this "drama" surrounding BoC, I believe they are referring to:
a) "You suck because you can't play without your cards. That's why I'm BoC: Because I have more skill, not more items." Or any variation of the sort.
b) "Wow, you went _____ instead of the normal _____? (i.e. Magic LK) You must really suck if you can't beat me the normal way."
c) etc.
Oh and I fully support the Whitesmith, SinX, and Super Novice wings' effects being implemented  Everything else, I don't care about lol |
aw u beated me to say it i gonna lurk forums harder from now on.
There's no drama on boc, the drama queen is the one that stated "someone said so to him".
hm idk im still iddle whatever makes the people of reign happy will work.
SN with relocation would be too custom tho, its a very fun idea but lol so custom tbh XD.
champ boc wing should allow cast of firewalls give +300 str reduce dmg from demihuman for a flat amount of of 20-40% and also make you tiny when you equip em.
most ideas have been good, lets wait for luzz to check it out, someone pm him in game and tell him to check this post and comment his view on it plz.
Also the final words and balance out of items are always up to the gm crew, so just cross fingers for now.

Yes someone said so to me(S/he wont be named just because that would make it even worse) and 2 people in this thread just confirmed it for me. Thats all I needed was information, not a horrible attempt at trolling

sadly is not this post alone on where you mislead people and start drama.. there are alot more. Also you haven't contributed nothing to this thread, as someone else should tell to you heap lot of times before "if you cant contribute anything usefull to a thread avoid posting on it".

As for input, do you honestly think that giving them "More perks" aside from the already +15 stats will do anything? Im asking a serious question here, not a rhetorical one. As I see the server right now, average players who don't play 24/7 will not be giving a damn no matter what perks the wings will have, thanks to things like a job, college, etc. For those that do give a damn, well there are not too many that do care and if they do, its for other classes.
Take the clown wings for example, no-one has claimed them yet since Dale got banned and wont be back for a year, so there just sitting there, no-one gives 5 craps about them. Is this because its for clowns class, that not a whole lot of people play caveat the occasional bragi slaves? or is it because the wings are not overpowered enough to do anything good for the user compared to donation/vote girl wings?
(as I finish this edit, watch as the clown wings mysteriously change hands because of my pointing it out)
If you guys seriously want a competitive server, I highly suggest you
A: Advertise for this place and hope more people will join who are better than you at your perspective classes.
B: Move to a higher populated server.
This servers pop is very low, and we only seem to exceed 35+ active people on WoE. The only excuses for 200+ on some woes, depends on how long its been since a server restart, and how many people have 10 vendors in payon belonging to one account

i respect your options ^_^ we cant pump the population of our server if we do not do anything about it ^_^ most people want private servers because of the:

Your correct about the clown wings ill say that. But thats the point of this post to make them a lil more spiffy so that people WOULD want to claim them and fight for the ones that are currently held. I agree more people would help with this (and this server alot) but adding just a lil more to the wings to make them more desirable wouldnt hurt either.

ACtually Good sir, luzz waits 2 weeks before he lets anyone claim them. Then anyone whos tried to ask for them fight for them, tournament style unless there is 2 or less in which it is one fight, or just 1 personw ho gets them after that time. I know of people who have already told luzz they want the wings so luzz waits the standard 2 weeks to see who all will put there want for them in.
Such is the rules of BoC.
You say leave the server to find more competition by going to a more advertised or more populated place. I also saw that you said people look for private servers for a non official experience(in your other thread)
Thats all a huge load man o.o. People look for private servers because no one wants to pay money to have the whole experience and you have to pay to have it on iRO, (and dont give me that iRO is free crap because to have everything no it isnt.)
On top of that, reign is plenty advertised, most people just have lives. Reign simply doesnt have third jobs and thats what people want. We dont ahve third jobs because A we dont even have the right client for it, 2 third jobs are not even finished and bug free. All that crap you see on other servers is unofficial thrown together BS. and no matter how close it may be to the third job system, it is not the third job system its more like a 2.5 job system at best. Even further the actaul renewal patch isnt perfected either for private servers, and third jobs and renewal go hand in hand.
Based off what i know There is too much to do before 3rd jobs hit Reign because any sooner and they arent really going to be third jobs or function correctly.
