There is no drama with BoC..lol i dune even see how there could be unless someone QQs about how someone fights o.o; but that is the point of BoC to figure a build and try and trump someone else's... but how-ever everyone is entitled to their opinion but i suggest you try and compete for BoC first than flame it. If you have not tried it and experience it first hand then i dun believe you have a right to differ or expressed a biased opion. there is a lot of competition to BoC and its actually fun and exciting to those players who HAVE SKILL with or without donates, rare cards, healing items....ect  and we competitors would like for more people to participate in these events, which is the whole motive for this topic.

no drama in boc. JUST WANT SOME CHALLENGERS~ How can there be drama around a EXTREMELY FAIR match? O_O! I havent heard a single complaint on it. Just buff the wings so we get more challengers  !

Ask and you shall receive. Not that I have that much of relative impact on how the server is shaped, but:
I think idea of buffing the wings is a good one. To the extent that GlitchyVirus and PhantomBlood stated, i dunno about that one. I think it might be easier to go easy on the buff, tone them down a bit, but have no penalties for the wings.
That is just my opinion. (or in the case of some of those listed, just take the debuffs off.)
Drama Input: Do not let anyone despite age try to tell there is drama in BoC. I understand you are the messenger, but I can safley tell you that is an unjust statement. I have never in the history of this server seen any sort of Drama spurred from said topic. Now lets stray away from the discussion of drama =)

Here's a different approach to boc wing buffs, I through this together in like 10 minutes but I'm just trying to get the wheels turning a little faster. Why do you think it's a suggestion? this was a quick idea for a few classes I threw together in about 10 minutes. Nothing I said is set in stone, it was simply meant to get the ball rolling as I stated. so relax
On the subject of not having debuffs on our BoC wings, I do believe that would make them more sought after and as paragon said; ease up on the buffs to make that fair and also keep +15 to all stats maybe. Depends on what everyone agrees on.

If GTB doesn't own you, Maya probably will.
If Maya doesn't own you, Cast Delay will.
If Cast Delay doesn't own you, Thana/Ice Pick/Investigate will.
If Thana doesn't own you, 1 (ONLY 1) will own you.
I mean seriously. Why would you run AWAY from a super novice? Run TOWARDS them and BB/Sac/JT/ANYTHING the shit out of them. Their health sucks, their defenses suck, if you can't kill one then either they are gods (no) or you just suck (no offense).
And look at Super Novices without this kind of buff. They're pretty much unplayable in PvP. The most their good for is killing MAYBE long range users, and even THEN, there's always something to counter them. Adding Body Relocate would just make them like a magical champ that's 10x squishier.
Now, about this "drama" surrounding BoC, I believe they are referring to:
a) "You suck because you can't play without your cards. That's why I'm BoC: Because I have more skill, not more items." Or any variation of the sort.
b) "Wow, you went _____ instead of the normal _____? (i.e. Magic LK) You must really suck if you can't beat me the normal way."
c) etc.
Oh and I fully support the Whitesmith, SinX, and Super Novice wings' effects being implemented  Everything else, I don't care about lol
