It was a girl actually :O and yeah that costume was one of the best and most elaborate i saw. Otherwise everyone is dressed up like a Goth/Raver/Baby Dolls/Ganguro/Etc.
It's super interesting!
Also there's a lot of furries, but their costumes are really neat! |
