I have been working on this for about a week.
We have not tested it yet. It is not done.(sprites or quest)

Negative, it is based off of Zelda. If anything I would only go as far as to add a Oni Link Cap.(silver)
Luzz does not want a million differnt colored versions of the same hat.

Can we get this from luzz in writing?
He might if those caps all gave a teeny tiny bonus to either elemental resistance against or damage vs enemies of that element due to their respective colors... (And they therefore actually mattered outside of looks and/or slots) 
Not every element need be used, however.
