Okay. If they don't have any actual worth, why can't they be tradeable? they're just simply like every other headgear but there are more options for people to look from. People actually LIKE looking "spiffy"". Other people collect headgears as part of their gaming activities.
I'm claiming it would fix the economy because there is going to be active merchants selling or trading headgears. Also, some people can't vote, and some people have siblings in game and can't vote at the same time, my point is: people BUY headgears in game. This is my personal opinion. |

So basically juggle the money between other players. It might help players actually spend their money instead of keeping their 1B+ in a bank for no reason. (Me included). _________________ Reneshin ~ 255 Knight Lord

I already answered that in my first response.

It's just my opinion, though. Also, thank you for elaborating a bit more on why this could help the economy. _________________

I dont think its a bad idea, but I dont think its a good one either.
Venser is correct, vote REWARDS as their category implies, a reward for those who vote. making them tradeable defeats that sense.
the benefits it will have are also good, some "may not want" to vote, but i do not think that they " can't" vote, it gives them the chance to wear vote items without the trouble of voting, but, someone who does not vote so not deserve the items in the Vote Rewards girl, simply because they did not work for what they will earn.
all I am saying is if you want someone to receive an item from the vote rewards girl, change your recipient and vote, that way they can receive the credits to buy the item they would be happy to receive.
its just like in school, you dont get honors by sleeping in class, you have to study hard to earn your honors... no one will make assignments for you when all you do is just sleep and make another student suffer for your success...
but I am still pushing for making the Vote Rewards items to really do what the descriptions say... there are great items in there... also, if they become tradeable, no one will vote anymore or less people will vote because if I have this head gear and I decide to change, what's gonna stop anyone form borrowing it from me? thus 50 votes lost... ^_^
EDIT:
buying vote items from other players is the real idea of the poster, yes?
voting then selling the items you voted for to people who do not want the trouble of voting and getting zeny in return is good, for you... ^_^
tell you what, if those items circulate and everyone has them, would there still be anyone that will buy from you? i dont think so... ^_^ so you can only go far in selling these items... no one will buy the same thing if they have it already ^_^ (cards are a different story to that)
EDIT EDIT:
I also collect head gears.. ^_^ and I love looking spiffy even if what i wear is not working ( GOD I WISH THEY DO!!!)
and its also cool to wear something you worked hard for... its a feeling of satisfaction... saying " I fought ten million power hungry elves that cast SG and LOV at the same time and I dont have a freeze resist armor worn that day, but i killed them all" - kind of satisfaction... for players who have siblings, its easy to teach them how to vote... voting is a repetitive notion in getting to 50 silver coins, which means it can be learned... you can even teach a monkey how to vote because its just repetitive... like eating using a spoon and fork, when you were born, you do not actually can use them, someone taught them to you, parent or nanny, or anyone that took the time and patience to teach you how to use it ^_^ so teach those younger siblings how to vote ^_^ IMO ^_^ _________________

I personally think that there's no reason why this is necessarily a bad thing. I think I'll post my opinions by debunking everyone else's. >;3

1) Gold Coins (and donation equips) are meant to be rewards to those who donate, yet we can buy/sell them and give them away as gifts, can't we?
2) Most people who "buy silver coins" are doing so because they don't want to wait 7 days (Approx. the time to get 50 coins) to get a vote item. Thus they vote the 8 times for "free", then "buy" the rest. I don't see how they don't deserve it if they are, essentially, making OTHERS vote (votes are the same, doesn't matter who it comes from) in their stead while ALSO voting themselves.
3) Yep, they can receive that voting reward...in about 7 days...with absolutely no "suprise" to it. It's like if you gave your wife $30 a day and said "Don't worry honey! In 7 days, I'm gonna buy you a BEAUTIFUL bracelet! Actually you're gonna go buy it, I'll just give you the money." In THEORY, it works, but in actuallity, it doesn't.
4) I kinda get your analogy here, but I don't think it really applies to the situation. See number 2, anyway.
5)a) I do agree with you on this, but I doubt it will ever happen. Besides, there really ARE some good headgears in there, even neglecting the "misinformation". Hell, some of them are good BECAUSE of them. I have donates, yet there are a select few vote gears that I use BECAUSE they're so worth it. But you need to take the time to research these item's true effects.
5)b) Gold Coins are tradeable, yet people still donate, don't they?
5)c) Don't give away your account or your items. Problem solved?
1) It's not the ONLY idea, but I think it is a portion of it.
2) There's an OVERabundance of Gold Coins/Credits, yet people still buy/sell. An overabundance of cards, yet people still buy/sell. Abundance of equips, yet people still buy/sell. Who's to say if there's an abundance of vote equips, people won't still buy and sell them?
1) See 5a
2) This is an example of "learning", more explicitly labeled as operant conditioning (there are different kinds of learning), which is when organisms learn to perform repeated actions through reinforcement (whether negative or positive). You could teach anyone or anything to do something if they get a reward for performing it or they are punished for not doing it. I don't understand what you're trying to say, though. _________________ SUPRISE BUTTSEX. PREPARE!

Simply put:
We implemented the system with that feature and it will stay that way.
If you want to give another player a vote headgear then you must vote, and designate them as your silver coin recipient, until they can buy that headgear. Collaboration would help as well (both players voting).
These headgears are a reward for supporting Reign through votes. Headgears obtained via votes are worth 0z; end of story. Players would inevitably try to sell them for much, much more. This is unacceptable.
But if you want to get technical, some NPCs let you sell the headgears to them for 1z or 10z. _________________
