Easy, http://rocketdock.com/ go there, download and install, then customize however you want. If you want the one that most Mac comps have, download the Stardocklet, that one lets you have the accordion effect for the dock. I use the stardock, saves a lot of space. Enjoy.

press prt scr button (for my laptop it's FN + prt scr)
then open paint, press ctrl + V to paste the pic down.
save it (.png or .jpeg or .jpg)
then open up an image hosting site like imageshack. I use tinypic.com.
upload the saved imaged and then copy the [IMG] code and paste it here.
