 Post subject: Pecopeco Hairband |

I recently traded in silver coins for a Pecopeco Hairband but to my disappointment its not functioning as the description says. It's Giving me a 2 point redux in ASPD when I should be getting a 5% bonus. I got this item in hopes of these happy little 5% boosts.Can someone please fix this error.
