i'm new on win7 (upgraded from winxp) and i just noticed that when i alt-tab, i can't go back to reign. any ideas why, guys?

I have never experienced this issue.

Is Reign still showing up in your list of programs that can be alt-tabbed to?
If you hold down Alt and press Tab once (while still holding down Alt), a list will remain on your screen that you can tab through.

yes, it's still there. there's instances when the game flashes on the screen but goes down again (as if i've minimized it). i was assuming there's another program causing it, but i'm running only firefox and yahoo messenger XD

it's currently working on windowed mode, the problem only happens in full screen mode...

This problem has been brought up and answered somewhere here.

I think you need to open reign from the source folder instead of a shortcut.

i'll have to play windowed then... will reinstalling fix it? it'll take me a few hours to download the full installer, though XD

Dude, playing this game fullscreen causes all kinds of problems if you alt-tab. I recommend playing it on "Windowed", but set the resolution of the game window to equal your monitor's size so it still seems fullscreen. Then you won't have an issue.

So if you use a 1280x1024 screen, set it to Windowed 1280x1024! It's a sure-fix.

Reinstalling won't fix this. It's an issue of fullscreen sucking with alt-tab.

There was always problems with non windowed mode.

Window mode is Soooooo much better anyway.
