Heres a Sushi Platter that me and my friend made for an open house.
Platter: Rice balls, Nigiri style sushi, Tempura Shrimp, Philly Roll, Cali Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Veg Roll, and fried Wontons.
3 dipping sauces, the Dark one is a Soy & Oyster Sauce reduction, the Yellow is a Onion & Mustard dip, the reddish-brown is a Sombal.
Above the Reddish brown sauce all the way in the back were some failed spring rolls that broke xD
