This only happened after the patch..my screenshots dont have color and it looks like it was screwed

Are you running Windows Vista?
In the meantime, try these things:
1. Turn of UAC. Click here for info on how
2. Run Reign as an administrator user. If you are running as a limited-access user in Windows, this issue can occur.
3. Update your video card drives and DirectX drivers, if they exist for your version of windows.
4. Do a full removal of Reign Online, and reinstall using the Full Installer. Do not Install into C:\Program Files. This folder places lots of restrictions on applications - installing Reign Online into C:\Program Files\ can cause this issue.
