I dont mind some change myself, but let me re-itterate my biggest concern with all this and why it should not even be trialled.

1 Pront castle per WoE is complete horse crap, and any smaller guilds will cease to exist or leave the server entirely if one guild decides to take over all 5 Pront castles since it is one per WoE.

And no the "Every guild cant make Every WoE" argument does not work, if it did work, there would not be any major guilds owning all 3 WoE slots castles.

Come the day one big guild shuts out a whole bunch of smaller guilds out of Prontera because of your decision on this, Im going to say "I told you so."

I Voted NO

Luzz you're going about WOE somewhat wrong. I agree with have 3 WOE's however I dont believe every realm should be open those WOE's.

Leave the schedule the current way. Geffen and Rachel Monday, at the respective time you suggested. Wednesday leave Prontera and Yuno, and Saturday Alde and Payon.

Make it Geffen 1 hour 1 castle open on Monday, then have Rachel have all castles open for the next hour. Prontera same thing for 1 hour, then make all the Yuno castles open for the next hour. Payon 1 hour then Alde for the next hour. The castle that is open that one day changes the next week to one of the other castles.

But in all honesty this idea does promote a influx of more essences, which is good but still makes it so that WOE will become stagnant for the first hour. If people fear the idea of attacking one group because they are "strong" then guess what that is a waste of a WOE hour.




Or we can do this....

Monday, 2 Prontera Castles open (Fad and Sko) Wednesday, 1 Prontera Castle (Kriem), Saturday, 2 Prontera Castles (Swan and Gondul)... Solution solved for the main town of the server. Equal access to Prontera realm for different time schedules.

Second hour make it one Castle realm open so everyone is on the same map. Then rotate it the next WOE to the next realm, and so on and so on. Prontera will be the only map that is active all week, the other maps, guilds may be able to hold onto them for over a week. Since there are 6 total realms and 5 will be on rotation each WOE week due to only 3 WOE's.

Now the reason for Kriem being on Wednesday and not the other days is quite simple. I feel as if Wednesday is the most active day for players, and it is the main Castle of Prontera. Saturday is the second most active thats why it gets the 2 other front flags.

Very briefly, everyone please let me know if you all prefer this modification to my idea:

Each WoE, one realm/town/stronghold is open. First hour, only one castle is open. Second hour, all four other castles are open. Realms rotate with every WoE. First hour open castle rotates with every WoE.


Addition: Multiple votes per IP saddens me Sad
Addition 2: Please keep all posts on topic.

I like that idea alot better. That way people wont get shut out of any realms completely, could there be a "Whatever guild holds XXXX Castle from hour one can not compete in hour 2" clause or something to that effect as well?

If one guild can hold VS the entire server I dont think they need a second castle.

And if your talking about Ed and Freyja with two votes on one IP, well.... they live in the same house man..... yeah..... kinda cant help that kind of junk.

I don't understand why must almost every single suggestion there must be an argument. But then human are not only greedy, they also very narrow minded to the point that they're almost blind.

Point 1: I don't agree with it since almost everybody is 'used' to the current time already. Also, changing the time doesn't mean 'more' players will log on or be able to log on. To be honest, how many people will be able to log on due to changing the time? How many people will not be able to log on due to the change of time?

Point 2: Interesting, but it's still a very awkward idea to accept right away. I love the idea how Prontera is the only realm in the first hour. -.- I vote on moving all the flag in the middle of Prontera some where else.

Then, instead of opening only one castle in Prontera the first hour; open two more realm with Prontera. (Examples: prontera, payon, and yuno first hour//Rachel, Geffen, and Al De Baran second hour or some other format)

With the combination of point 3, we don't really need any certain castle, so we can get rid of the 24 extra castle. Since, I don't really see the need of 3 WoE per a week, and this will get rid of the 'making subguild to obtain 8-12 castle' since there is only 6 castles.

Point 3: I love this idea. Beside the point that certain essence's price will sky rocket.


I don't see what people are so concern with the 'Big Guild', since there is a cycle in Reign to team up against the 'Big Guild'. Also, the deal with Rares/MvP Cards, nothing is fair. Without a stronger force, WoE will be boring.

I have work shortly, so I have to make this quick.
I voted no, however, I am only in agreement with one of the parts of your idea, Luzz.

Part 1, I dislike, only because I work Night Shift, fulltime now, so I can't attend...like...ANY WoE (seriously, this makes me super-sad.)

Part 2: I don't like the idea of splitting WoE into two hour chunks, but only because it seems more complicated than it needs to be.

Part 3, particularly, makes me wish you'd changed it already. (Oh god i'm drowning in Andvari's Rings, anyone want some? They make great christmas gifts. :O)

All in all, the change wouldn't be a serious problem for me, it just seems a little over-the-top. Except for part 3, Oh god part 3 needs to happen NOW.

Merge with a better guild.
Sacrifice(morals, time, pride) to make your guild better.
Disband, to save yourself the grief.

When a bunch of no-name guilds disband, so that only real guilds are left, that'll be great. There will be more memory for the server to use for better things.

I like, all out assualt on one castle makes me happy
I recall a time when mine and several other guilds rushed kriem, and were all violently destroyed, but it was the most fun ive had WoE'ing Very Happy
