I disagree, but I suppose thats a matter of opinion. So many classes can make awesome use of that card, and since it's a garment card it doesn't hinder you as much as others. LKs, Pallies, Snipers, Creators, even Champs and Mages can make great use of it. I believe the value of this card is more in the eye of the beholder than anything.

Neo is absolutely right, and I myself would pay alot to buy one, yes even a GTB (which I'm sure it IS worth at least a Garm)...but not 2 Kiels and a Gloom gtfo of here boy.

Inb4 21% movement speed reduction in cloak and how easy that would be to detect. Your movement are only within 6x6 spaces within 2 seconds (1x6 against wall). It doesn't take much to spam 2 or 3 detections to overcome what little advantage cloaking offers you. Also you lose garment based damage reduction if you can't switch gear fast enough.

This same guy used to be, more or less, cake-walk for my champ, as terrible as I was.
Now with SinX, I can't kill his LK as easily anymore. I still CAN, but not easily. In fact, it's substantially harder.
21% Movement speed reduction is bullshit compared to being unhittable. We ALL know SinX owns snipers, hands down, and it's ONLY because of cloaking, and the occassional grimmer.
Lastly, you act like cloaking doesn't even help at all. So maybe SinXes themselves should just ditch the skill, too, right? OH NO WAIT, they go full speed so now it's useful...Please, cloaking in and of itself is helpful.
