Hey there, I've been having problems with my crossover app so I haven't been able to play RO for 3 months now (on a Mac you see).

I finally got control of it to-day but Reign is saying my account is not a registered ID. Now I know my username is correct and I always re-use the same 3 passwords I have for things but nothing's working. I also tried different renditions of my username that I use and the two that DID work had empty character slots (and I had about 4 characters on mine)

My question is was/were my account(s) deleted because of inactivity or am I just having server difficulties?

Your account may need to be reactivated by Luzz, as accounts that have not been logged into for an amount of time apparently are made inactive. Your account likely wasn't deleted, though.

EDIT: Even if it didn't go inactive and you simply forgot your password, you may wish to bring the matter to Luzz, anyway, as he handles those matters.

It is important to mention that accounts on Reign are NEVER deleted. So long as the server exists, so does your account.

My problem is nearly identical. However, I have no idea how I'd go about contacting luzz.
