why my friend 99lvl already...but i still not get any gold coins...
my friend referrer fill my character already....

It's not automatic. GMs check every so often, rarely. For me, I didn't even know I would get a GC from it, and it took over 2 months for me to get a random one. It's not automatic because players will start getting more alts and then getting them to 99, abandon them, so on.
