maybe they rolled out the new 3rd classes with nerfed skills than last x-mas. cuz the 3rd classes I had played does not have a complete skill set yet. especially the Royal Guards, most of their skills have not been implemented to any server (first hand experience). and the bloody Sorcerer needs fixing too...

All third class skills are still in development.
When they're all bug-free, tested, and official, they will be implemented.
There is no set date for this yet.
