I am fairly sure they aren't max level. Exact levels I can't help you out with :S but they're not max

Ohz kk because it seems like Pressure still gets rid of 40% MP each time it hits me and I'm pretty sure Pressure gets rid of 40% at max level, not sure though sorry.

Levels currently are as follows: (Note: These are just what I found through researching around online so they may not be 100% accurate.)
