| i had create a game account and log in to forum... but i cant log in to RO... where to create the RO account? |

Your game account and forum account are different. You have to register both.
Your forum name (soolip) is registered and working.
If you click that link above, that is where you create the actual in-game account.
Also, you cannot use any special symbols in your game account name, or it will fail. Letters and numbers only.

Your password is case sensitive. If your password is HttYz435T, it must be typed that way, every time.
