Peco wings say they give 10 percent after cast reuction. This is untrue, it gives 10 percent cast time reduction.

It was thought to give BOTH. It does not. I had trashy flowers test it, so this needs to be fixed, it can be double checked if you want.

The test used. 3 kiels. 1 in a head gear, 2 in wings. and 2 expert rings.
Pressure was fully spammable.

no expert rings. Pressure was not fully spammable, just moderately fast.

Peco wings with 2 kiels to replace the 2 that were in the wings, without expert rings

Same result , moderately fast no change.

Add 2 expert rings to taht same scenario

Fully spamable.

Made a build using 2 berzebub clips
4 clock tower managers - 3 in top 1 in mid
1 in wings with a dark illusion. This should lead to 90 percent

tested in this manner without peco wings had cast time

tested with the 1 clock tower manager and 1 dark illusion in peco wings

was instant cast with 1 dex.


-This proves that peco wings either have a wrong description or the wrong effect and i doubt that they have the wrong effect.

this needs to be looked at but was already tested by trashy flowers.

"decreases cast delay by 10 percent." not a current effect
should be
"decreases cast time by 10 percent." real effect

The only exception is if cast delay is considered different from after cast,
either way people confuse this for AFTER cast delay, so it needs to be made clear in my opinion

Peco Peco wings updated to reduce both casting time and after-cast delay by 10% (along with its original LUK +10 and walk speed +10% bonuses).

The error was in the wording 'cast delay' when we meant 'casting time.' To make it up to players, we have added both bonus to the item.

when it comes to walking i notice the 10 percent walk speed doesnt stack with slieps like the skate board. Is that on purpose?
