Since The New World and Dimensional Gorge have been implemented here already (part of Episode 13), there would be reasonable sense to implement the second half of Episode 13 to complete the full update. It would be inevitable for a activity/population increase if these new updates were implemented as supposed to. i dont know if the new world is implemented yet, moscovia is i know that.
Also the gorge is part of episode 12, i dont think anything from episode 13 is implemented yet.
