Dear GM team,
I know you guys have much things to do but please can you look at this issue, its taking the fun out of playing when i cant go to certain area's with my high wiz just because the skills dont work like they are supposed to.
even some MVP's are not effected by AoE skills... (like Amon Ra)
just to mention it i dont want to bug you guys but im really hoping this is getting fixed quickly .

give them time man. they have lives to. im sure its been brought to their attention. if not then try to talk to luzz, or skye, or mono if their in pront.

I have tested this alot, on many servers. And i tried to research ReignRo's Myself.
To my understanding as it is, most servers have at least some kind of mess up with AoE, be it mild or problematic. I played one where this said problem was all AoE's. Now i havent figured out which of these it is yet. But i found that its how the AoE targets the ground. or where the character is positioned. Im unsure which. Maybe the GM's can provide further detail as to whether or not im dumb and dont know what im talking about or if this is the case. What i would test, is one group that it doesnt work on
then the same group in a different spot. then the same scenarios but just moving. Or event he monster placement. Im still very unsure. It confuses me that this has happened on Reign. Ive always known Reign Ro's AoE's to be excellent. And never have i ever had the problem in pvp. Not once.
@MONO - And Rob i cant say we've always seen eye to eye, but i can say you do your job and you do it well, i was impressive to me how on task you were about this and how on top of it you actually were. I dont know how many people say this, but i try to tell the GM's thank you for being there and your doing good.
@sarcastic opinionators - i am not kissing ass to the GM's, I cant tell you how many times i have told luzz exceedingly thank you and how i have thanked the gm's Let this be known.

thats going to be a problem because in some fields/dungeons a certain mob wont get hit and in the next level no problem what so ever on that mob.
now im pretty new to this server but not to ro, i've played many servers and even been Gm on 2 servers and testplayer on several others in the last 5 years, and i've never encountered this.
im absolutely not saying that the GM's here dont do their work im not long enough on reign to have formed a opinion on the GM team for that..
i just havent had the pleasure of talking to them ingame due to the time i play i just havent seen them active online much. |

Sorry for the delayed response.
This appears to happen on certain maps only. From your screenshot, I am able to confirm in_sphinx3 as a problematic map.
Unfortunately, I am unable to research the cause of this issue at this time.
If anyone knows of any other maps where this is a normal occurrence, please post the map name here. Once I have a list of maps, I can see what they have in common that might be triggering this bug.

all abyss lake dungeon maps

theta MVP room 3 and 8

pay_dun02
ve_fild07
i will update the list s soon as i have more maps written down.
