I saw that putting up all of the info the game gives for reporting bugs seems to be no help, so I won't do that. But I do know it is a sprite loading problem. It has happened before, and all I had to do was re-login once or twice, and things would be back to normal.
Well, that's not working this time.
I tried about ten times when it first happened, then gave it a day... And the problem still continues.

Download the Small Installer and Install it. That should work.

A little more information is needed.

How did you install Reign? Did you use the Full Installer or did you use existing kRO and Sakray files in combination with the Small Installer?

Also, what operating system are you using and are you the administrative user on your computer?

I used the full installer from here. Vista (unfortunately), and yes, administrative.
I just find it a bit odd hat it only happens now and not the few days in the past I have been online.

I actually error out once in a while randomly too. It doesn't happen on such a big scale as yours, but mine are sprite errors too. Like coming out of PVP it happens alot.

There are also resource errors, if that means anything.
As of now, I am incapable of using the character at all. It does the loading screens, then goes to the errors before crashing.

Does it show something like a small pop up saying 'Sprite Error' or something?
This may be the same problem I have.
(I still haven't solved it yet because I'm lazy)

I guess I have a solution to fixing this.
Luzz mailed me a disk that has the Reign Online files on it.
But it doesn't work on my computer. It works on my mom's laptop though.
You could say it's a matter of me being lazy.
