I noticed that when i cast a stormgust on my high wiz half the time it dont effect mobs. they just walk thorugh.. and sometimes they do get hit..
hope this can be fixed |

Tried and true:
Sometimes it works.
Under specific(yet apparently very wide) cercumstances, it won't hit monsters.
I have not tested on players; I'm sure someone else already has.
Luzz'll fix it. Hang tight, he's busy as often as stormgust doesn't hit. |

| nope it isnt positionlag coz single target skills do work on the mobs that i couldnt kill with SG |

| Actually, I've had this problem, too. It can be pretty frustrating since by the time you can cast something again your squishy mage is probably already dead. |

I tried on a wide variety of monsters, in many places, several times. Even on monsters that don't move.
It seems to work on porings more often than not. Not always, though.
Other AoE spells, such as Meteor Storm and Frost Nova yielded no problems, though.
I think it is possible that, for whatever reason, its chance to hit has been replaced with its chance to freeze. Everytime I managed to hit something, it froze: but I didn't manage to hit all the time. |

Yeah, why would a GM ever research and test a problem?
Interesting to note: I've never had this problem with SG in the MVP room. I'm not sure if this helps or not, but I figured I'd throw it out there. |

actually i had the same problem on LoV last night too. and true on some mobs there is a higher change to miss then on others
in rachel dun i had no misses but in sphinx and geffen dun i had a lot of misses. |
