I know this idea will probably get a no, seeing as how it was taken away already. Buts its been roughly a year and ive been keeping track of the economy here. Honestly, not much has changed since the monster zenny was taken away. People are still selling tg for 90-120 mil, pharaohs 30+ mil, ect.....
Now..granted ive seen some changes but nothing to big.
I've also noticed a lot of new players in the game. used to be like 90 people on at all times now its like 130 and during woe the other day was 170+ so we are gaining.
I'm just suggesting the gm's review the idea and consider it. I think it would help new players more than anything.
And trust me its not that abusable either. Grinding in the mvp room for an hour maybe netting 6mil, not everyone has the time or patience to do that. I did, but i had a lot of time, no job, ect. And besides, all RPG have money drops from monsters *coughs* final fantasy, chrono trigger, mario rpg..ect.


I just want the idea open for discussion again. Any thoughts? ideas? ill post a poll to see what people think.

I am not against the idea. Monster zeny gives players another incentive to level up and grind.

However, like we have previously discussed, the pricing problem is due to accumulation of currency (zeny) in the environment with no attractive outlet for it to disappear. Only a very small fraction of zeny disappear through buying supplies from the NPC; the rest stays with the players. A simple close system inflation all RO servers are bond to experience, which I think is a more serious issue. I would like to hear the GM thoughts on this problem.

Monster Zeny drop gives new players more incentive to actually play the game, but it has to be balanced out with some sort of zeny feedback loop.

and i know most players would go buy stuff at payon. but thats what the stock market can be for also. its always hit or miss.

i may have played Reign for quite some time, but i can still be considered new here due to the fact that a lot of times, i have no clue what most people talk about when it comes to cards, items, weapons, card combos, etc...and almost everything in the payon shops and the few in morroc are almost INSANLY over priced...i think that monster zeny could help everyone, noob or not...even if it's not by much, the slightest bit of extra zeny can help people out
