you can try and find someone who can recruit for the Knights of Fenris...they are pretty active most of the time, they woe, and they try to help everyone lvl up

Or... You could join the N.R.D.(Ninja Rabbit Defenders) guild. We're active in woe and are definitly recruiting now, we don't require woe though and most of the people in the guild are very social.
