Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to seperate the different sections of the clothes colours.

using the priest as an example, his coat can be set to one colour, and the shoes another and then the inner clothes another.

at the moment the clothes are all set combinations, which can be annoying to go through, and sometimes theres no combination you like.

I hope I made some kind of sense there ^_^;;

It does make sense.
I'm not really sure on this idea because we already have like 500+ colors.
I'm not complaining about it. @_@
Of course other people might. But in the end, the GM's will need a sprite.
(or something...)

Good idea.

But... as Vongola says, and as luzz said last time someone suggested something similar to this - we already have enough sprites.

There is no way to implement a system that allows each individual part of the character sprite to be recolored as the entire sprite is treated as one object. It is not divided into clothing, shoes, etc.

There are a fixed number of clothing styles in our current palette. The color combinations are fixed and were decided on and created by the original palette creator. If we were to add new color styles and combinations, it would mean abandoning all the colors in the palette that we currently have and beginning with a very small amount.

It would be, in essence, starting the clothing colors over from square one.

As i am reading this, I really like the guy's idea.
I reckon the GM's set the clothing into sectors so like as it goes through as it normally does.You Should start off with white, then next is white with black , then white with blue, etc. and go through every possible combination. Then onto Black and white then Black with Black, then black with blue etc. However this would resolt in 1,000's of different colours.
Good Idea thou but not possible. Keep suggesting thou my friend. This is a "Suggestion Box."
Have fun
