I am using Windows XP on a MacBook, my computer default is set to Japanese. Also I thought it might be an issue with installing on an external hard-drive which is formated FAT32 but I installed on the...base drive(?) and I still get the same error... 
Also the problem seems to occur in Prontera and Payon. |

check to ensure directx is updated properly. that can cause problems if not up to date.

from my research that particular error can mean data corruption. I'm almost tempted to make an encrypted rar file (so that if the password fails, it's definately a bad file). then send to whoever needs it. it's really the only way to test whether you're getting it properly.
Ensure that you have run setup.exe. if so, try disabling most of the features. use standard HAL method instead of the T&L, or vice versa.

Wait... for the 2.0 version of Reign, you don't NEED Windows 7 right? It's just
an update for people who have Windows 7 yes?
If so, I'm really stuck on what I need to do to get past this error....
Edit : I just checked if I can play on another game account and this is just a
guess but... I was able to play until I warped to Prontera o.o.
Does that have anything to do with it?

I think Prontera has to do something with it because I was able to warp to a couple other areas....then after a couple seconds I get the same error....
But that doesn't solve why I can't even log in completely on my main account.

Update : I went on a friend's account and walked from Izlude to Prontera.
The weird thing is, I was able to enter Prontera but after I got closer and
closer to the center of Prontera, I got a sprite error.
Please someone provide me with information that could help me. O_o
Because this error has been going on for months.
