this has happened like 3 or 5 times to me already...someone decides to quote me...BUT...the quote me saying something COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY EITHER RETARTED OR WAY OFF WHAT I ACCTUALLY SAID...am i allowed to report for that, cuz it's REALLY irritating me

I'm not sure, try asking luzz. =/ It gets irritating at times, but other times it's fun to joke around, too!

maybe so but when it's by just about the same people it's too irritating...it's beginning to piss me the f@#$ off...if im allowed to report people for doing that, the very next person who does that to me im gonna report

If it is harrassment, you may report it.
There will always be 'he said, she said.' Your goal is to form a reputation of being trustworthy to the point that people will be able to determine right away if something someone claims you said, is something you would say at all.
