well my idea would be a player spotlight were GM's interview random players each month asking about stuff like "what do you like to do in your free time" and etc.

its fun and it could be like a player spotlight thing. It wouldnt do much harm, and it would be a fun way for everyone to get to know one another :p i like it

I could understand if it was player of the month, but what would be needed to meet such a title? People could nominate others, maybe themselves, but there would need to be something worth recognizing someone for.

You guys dont understand the idea of community at all do you? Its not about a title, its about learning about those who play the server, the good, the bad, the newbs and the pros.

No need for a title or a special item, just learning a bit about random people who play and showing that the GM's care (not that they dont already show that but still)

Plus you can find out interesting things that maybe you never thought of because everyone has a different play style. Some hunt items, some are ambitious guild leaders and others just come to socialize. Even if two people do the same thing it doesnt mean they will do it the same way.

To me this would be a fun and interesting weekly update on the forums. And who knows, it might help some newbies make a few friends on the server.
