Well, my idea is for a basic item, kind of like our max level box, but instead a "refine box". The item in question would refine 1 piece of equipment to +10 without fail. That's all really, I know it's possible since we have the level up gift box, and I've used this item before on a previously played server, so again I know it's possible, just don't know the coding myself yet. Any feed back on this item would be nice to hear though, with points for or against it.

im not sure if i should agree or disagree with this...this WOULD make things more easier with upgrading your weapon without the stress of it breaking...but blacksmiths sometimes do enjoy going thru the trouble upgrading items...it's good money if the person pays ya

True, it could make smiths somewhat obsolete, but then again these would be donation items, like the max level gift box. So if the person feels like they don't wanna spend 3 - 4 days getting over 30 of 1 item that only an MVP drops (such as book of the dead or Muramasa) they could just get the box. But if they've got an abundant source of the item they want +10 of (such as say, the dagger you used to start with.) they could get a smith to do it for them.

yea but you also have to remember the fact that some people get some of those rare weapons but can't(or don't) donate...there for unless someone buys it for them they will still be stuck having to use smithies for the refining

i agree with this suggestion
i was trying to make +10 Valk Set and i spend lots of zenny and at the end
its failed so its lot more efficient it we do have +10 something that has been mention on the topic...
and its quite go rare cause its on donation items so everyone cant afford it
so for me its still balance

I vote no. Not armours, I like it how it is a mission to get high plus armours.
If it was only weapons I would vote yes.
If we went higher plus gears I suggest enriched elu and enrich ori get put in the donation girls list of items at 1gc each. For those who don't know what they are, they are virtually a better version of elu or ori.

| i like the idea of this and have also seen it on other servers. Sorry to hijack your thread, but i also had an idea. If the GM's dont like this one or feel as though it might not be fair, then maybe they could implement the enriched refine items like enriched elunium/oridecon, possibly sell them, or make it a quest where you bring in say 50 elunium and you get 1 enriched elunium and so forth. |

hmmm while it is a fascinating idea, i think it would be slightly unfair to the people who have been busting their butts already to make even a +9 anything..what i suggest is maybe is the enriched Elunium. which i've heard can increase the rate of an item without breaking it. I've also heard on certain servers it doesnt make it a "guarantee" to +10 but just increases the odds of getting the higher +'s easier.
a box with the ability to make items +10 would unfortunately make the economy here worse. It might slightly go down once everyone gets +10 valk mants, or +10 thorny staffs ect..... but right off the bat...i know someone will sale +10 slotted ice picks for like 100 mill or more and greed will kick in. so im not entirely for this idea. perhaps the enriched but not the box.

i know that but you have to remember that simply gettin 50 million zeny is too much work for some people especially those that it takes a while just to get 1 million zeny

I found it quite easy to get a +7 with around 2 of the same item using enriched stones. It is still very difficult to get +9.

exactly...it's me as well...i was shocked i had made 23m to buy 3 items from a friend but it took me weeks just to get it...and im not about to waist months just to get donation items...specially not after i was stupid enough to delete my merch(please do not comment on my "me stupid enough to delete merch" comment) and besides...it still took me a while to get that money...im going to end all of MY posts here cuz i seem to be the "enemy" right now
