hay somethings up, my accs baned, i think....i went to get on and it said "You are prohibited to log in till 2010-02-15 22:39..."
i beleve that some one els did it caus i havent been able to get on that acc all night
cant you look at witch ip did it and punish the persone wit that ip adress and let me get my acc back??

There is a difference between giving out account info and having it hacked. 80% of the time there's a claim of hacked accounts, it's due to someone using someone elses account. 15% of the rest is because someone didn't take the proper measures and safeguard their account, either by using a weak password or revealing other account sensitive informations.
the remaining 5 are likely to be hacked, and would be determined quickly by gms whether it was authentic, or done to waste the gms time. note i didn't say "to profit." because all in all, having to commit such an act of fraud only facilitates the need for both parties to find somewhere else to spend their time.

Do NOT share your account information with ANYONE.
Do NOT use any account that is NOT yours.

We will NOT help you in these cases.

It can result in the banning of the shared account(s), YOUR account(s), and all associated IPs.

The owner of the account is the owner of the email address associated with the account. There is NO exception.

The account in question is OBVIOUSLY SHARED AMONG MULTIPLE PEOPLE. The account will only be unlocked at the request of the original account holder.

Just in case this isn't clear:

Sharing accounts and the issues that arise is a waste of our time. We will not help you. Do NOT share your account information with ANYONE. Do NOT use any account that is NOT yours.

Let this also be clear: 100% of 'hacked' accounts are people sharing their accounts, or players giving others physical access to their computer.
