it DOES work for the most part (+2k weight), but it doesn't initialize when i log on, unless i unequip and reequip it. same for if i level up, it reset and removes the effect until UE/RE.

Yes, I am aware of this. I do not think that a fix is possible though due to how and when max weight is calculated.
I'll try a few things and see if this is fixable.

All items that add to MaxWeight is now correctly scripted. This issue is resolved.
