Kiels x 3 + this headgear = no delay whatsoever.
No delay means no need for expert rings, and if you dont need expert rings, that means you can throw on 2 megs :O

This item is already available for mage classes... This one is for all classes, its only fair I think at least.
Plus the way you ppl are putting it like everyone on this server has kiels.... I can name (which I won't) the people who have kiels and maybe only 2 of those people have 3 kiels already and are active.

Good idea i dont mind this but maybe not as a sword, sumthing else wuld be pretty sick i reckon, however it will make ppl to voerpowered but nice idea BUBBA
