Now I've been doing the research on it and checking all my scripts that I still have from my old server. And I can't find anything on this matter, really other than pure logic. I've yet to check on eathena about it though.
Lets say a person with gtb jupitel's someone wearing maya or another magic reflecting item. How come when it reflects back it does dmg? GTB negates all magic attacks, supportive skills etc, and since technically the magic coming back to the caster isnt their's because it takes the MATK of the person wearing the magic reflect. Why doesn't GTB stop it?
Here is GTB
Nullify all magic spells, including supportive skills, that target the owner at the cost of doubling SP Consumption cost when using skills.
Here is Maya
Reflect single target attack Magic back at the caster (Success Chance 50%).
Cat o
Reflect single target Magic back at the caster (Success Chance 5%).

It says it reflects the magic.
It only reflects the damage, though. As it should be.
Just like Kaite. So, the less MDef your target has, the more damage you take. _________________ ಡ u ಡ

false, unless there has been recent changes to the gtb's effects. |
