Sure enough, the Holy Valkyrie Helmet had a typo with incorrect reduction against Demi-humans. Looking through my backups, this typo was made quite a while back during a server update.
The reduction was higher than 10%, and players have reported this. This has been confirmed.
Any person who wish to trade in a Holy Valkyrie Helmet may do so until the end of the month (October 31, 11:59PM) by sending us a @request.
The typo has been corrected, and items reloaded for the change to take effect.
I apologize for this mistake.
