Ahem,

When it strips you, it only takes away your gears momentarily. It used to work like that.

Now its like a permanent few min strip or w/e. What gives? And if it was changed, why in the world was it changed?

Drill Katar was corrected from Level 5 Full Strip to Level 1 Full Strip nearly 6 months ago.

No other change has been made to the item.

The only time items/mobs/skills change is to match official.
