I've seen plenty of people that have this shield cast FCP before they enter a castle. Which kindof negates the purpose of having a Creator around to cast FCP on you.

Is there anyway to disable it on WoE days? And no, this will not become a Poll thread for the simple fact that it renders Stalker class completely useless.

+1! Leaving aside we are on the same guild i gota agree on this , i havent seen stalkers during woe , yeah i might been goin the wrong place but still pple fcp with ahura and enter woe castle even having lot of chemists around like to ask for it .

Why? You could take the skill away from ahura, but CREATORS exist. You still need a glistening coat. This is kinda.. a unessesary topic.

Taking ahura away just makes people duel client. If they want fcp they will make it happen. Just like buffs in pvp, people just hide their linkers inside now.

Having no ahura wont stop fcp.

The point of it isn't to stop FCP, it's to make it so they NEED to have a Creator do it. And no, this isn't a useless topic because there are plenty of people who do this.

Another round to the point , couldnt be debuff at entering woe castle ? i mean i suffer about debuff when i enter pvp. My pc is too crappy to dual client so now i play like i can , .


PS: LET TRY TO KEEP THIS THREAD WITHOUT FLAMING.

EDit : is true i saw more than 4 lks enterin woe map fcp themselves then enter the castle .

Anyway, 100% agreeing to Glen. People usually make a dual account for what they want. When they want it, they want it, and they WILL have it. Ahura is made the way it IS made. And no further changes should be implemented against it. Okay, @ NIGHTSHADE- You want them to "slow down" or something? cause I really do not see a point. o.o;

I dont know his point , but if it helps u ill tell you mine pvp debuff came up because pple used to fcp emselfs with ahura or link emselves out of it if im not wrong , then why woe should have a totally diferent rule when for example snap been removed from it because it was unfair for other pple i kind of find unfair any job be able to give himself fcp and enter a castle , MY VOTE STAYS ON DEBUFF AT ENTERING WOE CASTLE. Then u want to double client for woe ok bring ur linker chemsit to fcp u inside castle .

Yes glenn have a very valid point pple will find a round to it .

I am personally against the removal of Full Chemical Protection from Ahura itself, but "disabling it from Ahura during WoE" is an entirely different issue. To put it simply, you either disable it completely, remove it, or leave it be.

The following are the only possibilities:
1) Removal of FCP from Ahura.
2) Disable FCP during WoE (This the FCP skill itself, even a Creator cannot cast it).
3) Leave things as they are.

The idea of including FCP with Ahura is to allow players to protect themselves against strong MVPs, without dual-clienting or dragging a friend along to help; and it was coded originally for this purpose. If a player wishes to invest their money, zeny, time, or effort as well as burning up a Glistening Coat (that they bought or made) in order to protect themselves; then they've put forth the effort for their protection. This takes effort to do, just as it takes effort to gain a card to prevent a different affliction.

Skye Couldnt be option 4 be added ?

I'm going to say this as respectfully, though bluntly, as possible.

There is no point to changing Full Chemical Protection in WoE. The Stalkers that do show up rely on their Preserved skills FAR more than they do their strip skills. Certainly being able to strip off people's equipment before attacking them is useful, but it won't always work.

Doing this will just raise the number of people that Stalkers can strip during WoE from 10% to 15%. People who want to FCP will STILL DO IT.

We shouldn't be focusing on CHANGING this game, we should be focusing on IMPROVING it! New content! Loading Screens! Custom monsters! Custom hats!

Dude. Debuffing everyone at the entrance of every castle is a terrible idea. Then the opposing team would just camp inside the door and kill you the moment your buffs are gone.

I never used the word "BROKEN" once, there for your edit was useless. I said FIX a issue dealing with that shield. But whatever, you say we're always trying to change the game, ever thought maybe others hate this aswell? <_<
